Urban Nest is 100% direct owner-managed. We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal contact information to third-party brokers, marketing agencies, or outside commercial databases.
3. Security & Biometric Access
For registered tenants living in our residences (Avinya, Dhira, Veera, Ojas), identity verification (such as Aadhaar card copies and college ID proofs) and biometric access logs are maintained locally for resident physical safety and local police verification compliance.
